Acceptance of Terms

By using the Lightning Cleaning website or booking services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Lightning Cleaning provides residential, commercial, Airbnb turnover, post‑construction, and specialty cleaning services. Service scope and pricing are confirmed upon booking.

Booking Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a time slot until confirmed by Lightning Cleaning.

Payment Authorization

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure bookings.

Lightning Cleaning may place a temporary authorization hold up to 24 hours before service to verify funds.

The card on file may be charged for completed services, approved add‑ons, or cancellation fees.

Cleaning Crew

Lightning Cleaning may assign solo cleaners or cleaning teams depending on job scope.

Staff operate through Lightning Cleaning and are covered by company policies and insurance.

Non‑Solicitation of Staff

Clients agree not to hire, solicit, or attempt to contract directly with Lightning Cleaning staff for private services outside of the company.

This restriction applies during service and for 12 months after the most recent service.

Violation may result in a staff replacement fee of up to $2,500.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, safe access to the property, and ensure electricity and hot water are available.

Cleaning Day Preparation

Clients should remove excessive clutter so cleaners can access surfaces and spaces being serviced.

Pets

Cleaners will work around pets when possible. If a pet presents a safety concern, service may be discontinued.

Lockouts

If cleaners cannot access the property and cannot reach the client within 20 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If an area included in the service was missed, clients must notify Lightning Cleaning within 24 hours so a reclean can be scheduled.

Furniture & Heavy Items

Cleaners will not move items heavier than 50 lbs or large appliances.

Photos

Before and after photos may be taken for documentation, training, or marketing unless the client requests otherwise.

Biohazard & Hoarding Conditions

Lightning Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in environments that pose health or safety risks.

Examples include hoarding conditions, human or animal waste, biohazards, mold contamination, pest infestations, drug residue, or unsafe structural conditions.

If such conditions are discovered during service, cleaners may immediately stop work and the job may be rescheduled with specialized remediation providers.

Worker safety is the top priority in these situations.

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ basis.

Limitation of Liability

Lightning Cleaning is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Lightning Cleaning against claims resulting from misuse of services or breach of these terms.

Third‑Party Links

Our website may link to third‑party websites. Lightning Cleaning is not responsible for their practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time for violations of these Terms.
